Renewable Energy Park

Denmark's Export Credit Facility (EKF) is committed to seed-funding a complete energy park - a project worth three billion Euros. The park will be located in a barren sunny desert, hence the name “ Desert Power”. The park will have enough solar panels and wind turbines for us to make 3/4 million tonnes of green methanol per year. We have also received a commitment from Maersk to purchase the entire production from Agro Industries A/S. As the project developer, I will have plenty to do for the next four to five years until the factory facilities are completed and on stream.

• Carbon dioxide generation and hydrogenation around the clock, 2.000 MTPD green e-Methanol

On the back of the leaflet is shown a methanol multi-fuel filling station that I had developed at Dover Group. Skanderborg Municipality has now given permission to set up on Ladegaardsbakken.
